Financial Ombudsman

In August 02, 2008 RA Law on Financial Ombudsman has entered into force.

The purpose of this law is the protection of consumer’s rights and interests in the financial sector, quick, productive and free of charge examination of their claims, the increasing of the confidence of the society in financial system and increasing of financial intermediation.

In compliance with the requirements of the above mentioned Law Complain Settlement Procedure is being applied in London-Yerevan Insurance Company.Any person using the services of our Company or applying for them, in accordance with the requirements of the Law, has the right to apply to London-Yerevan and present its complain. Please be informed that you can get the below mentioned materials from London-Yerevan’s office or web site:

  1. Complain form.
  2. Explanatory summary of  dispute settlement
  3. Brief description of the complain examination procedure
  4. Procedures of dealing with complaints

We guarantee, that each complain will be thoroughly examined by London-Yerevan and a fair and exhaustive answer will be provided.
